x Macaroons x ------> MACARONS (with one 'O')
so many times i've tried to make myreally tired dealing with this thing
this is my battle...
and the

terbitan Indonesia sampai Internasional
dibela-belain nyari bukunya Hisako Ogita
searching dan browsing
dari baca resep, membandingkan resep,
sampai mata seperti mata garfield mantengin You Tube
gak bisa juga bikinnya...
bukan macarons kalau gak berkaki
this was my first attempt
see... they were all stick to the paper
aaarrrggghhh....
and look at my macarons here.... this was third attempt
i still lost... and the macarons won....
give up???
no way.... i tried again
this was fourth attempt....
already look like macarons, although they didn't have the foot
penghiburan diri...
mirip macarons ya walau tidak berkaki sama sekali...
(kata Hisako Ogita... bukan macarons kalau tak berkaki... huhuhuuuuuuu... jangan putus asa,
ini artinya nyaris bisa lah)
tired????
yeeeaaah... capek... i am tired a while...
but i never stop trying to make my macarons...
near there...i think...
and this was my second attempt picture to make pied at my macarons
usaha kedua untuk serius mengeluarkan kaki
yaaa masih gituuuu deh...
malu-malu amet keluarnya... totally this was my 5th attempt to success
fyuuuiihh...
berani beraninya pake wijen hitam segala
hehehehe... soalnya bosen gitu-gitu aja
ya masih belum macarons sih, tapi kan nyoba ya kita...
capek????
ya gitu deh....
bahkan sampai harus dijadiin taruhan sama Yulia Riani Maki Cakes
yang duluan bisa buat macarons, ditraktir di Burger King :)
udah pasrah...
kalau ntraktir sekarang aja lah... gak kepikir bisa ngalahin Yulia...
after all miserable thing happened to me...
universe help me smile.... hehehhe...
it takes sixth times to bake... and I won...
ya... i won... i won... huray...
see..... how beautiful the pied was
uuuh, really so beautiful...
love it love it
i want to hug my oven seeing this happened.... lovely pied...
dan kepikiran Burger King nya Yulia pastinya...
I beat macarons and i beat Yulia Riani too...
what a wonderful day....
and finally i just made this....
I won twice !!! and want to win more....
Now... I am ready to sell Macarons at my cozy bakery.... are you agree with me?
Note :
some people confuse about the differences between MACARONS and MACAROON,
just like I did...

suhunya 150 derajat celcius
saya sudah coba gaya perancis juga gaya italia,
semuanya 150 derajat
kalau bisa jangan lebih nanti warnanya gosong hehehe...

August 28, 2012 at 1:50 AMAk kan bikin di suhu 170 kan kepanasan, akibatnya baru 3 mnt manggang udah beleber.
Kaya gunung meletus mbak. Dari tengah tembus ke shell yg dah keras ngucur keluar
Begitu juga di suhu 150 . Aku jg pake oven gas mbak
Yg salah ovennya, apa adonan mac nya ya?
udah coba belum pakai 2 loyang, atau bahkan 3 loyang yang mengalasi mac nya

kalau kepanasan ya memang bisa gitu,
cepet berubah warna mac nya
paling asyik emang oven yang ada kipasnya itu lho
yang udah di set sama komputer juga panasnya
stabil.....
tapi jangan maksain kalau belu eaktunya punya juga gak papa pakai yang ada sekarang, memang harus mengenali oven sendiri sih ya kuncinya...
Kalo yg macarons hijau pake teknik apa mbak?
